Newcastle Families Information Service provides free, impartial, up-to-date and accurate information on childcare and early years education in Newcastle.

Including:

• Registered childminders
• Nurseries
• Schools and units in schools
• School and holiday clubs
• Crèches

As well as helping you to choose the best childcare for your needs we can also provide information on financial support available including working tax credits and three and four year old funding.

We can also provide information on others support services for children, parents and families including:

• Parent and Toddler groups
• Libraries
• Leisure and holiday activities
• Extended and full service schools
• Sure Start Children’s Centres.
