About the Coventry Family Information Service

The Family Information Service offers free, impartial, advice, guidance and signposting for parents, carers, children and young people and families in Coventry.

The team holds or has access to information on all local childcare choices, early education, activities, and other care and support services in the city. We offer a telephone helpline and a drop in facility at our enquiry desk (no appointment required) and a voicemail service for out of hour's messages.

The service is located right at the heart of the city centre in the central library,
