The Family Information Service is the main signposting and information service for the whole of Cornwall, for parents and carers of children and young people aged 0 to 20 or 25 if they have additional needs.

The Family Information Service is the only source of information for all Ofsted registered childcare in Cornwall.

We can provide:
- Continuous support for families with children aged 0 to 20, or 25 if they have additional needs

- Support to assess the situation and offer possible solutions or 'next steps'

- Make sure that your enquiry is dealt with promptly and satisfactorily
- Monitor our service to make sure we are doing the best that we can meet your needs
